What is a custom card?

A custom card is a genuine Zable credit card with an image of your choice printed on the front. You use it exactly as you would any other credit card.

It isn't a sticker, vinyl skin or a novelty card. Some companies sell vinyl skins you stick over a card you already have. With Zable, your image is printed onto the card itself.

How do I get a custom card?

You can check your eligibility for a Zable card without affecting your credit score.
Purchase the Zable Premium subscription via our app
The custom card is part of our Premium membership.
Upload your image
During sign-up, or later from the app if you're already a Premium member, upload the image you want on your card.
We print and deliver your card
Once your image is approved*, it's sent to our card printing partner, printed on your card and posted to you.

*Every image is checked automatically against our content and quality rules before it can be printed.

What images can I use?

You can use most personal photos and pictures, like a pet, a favourite place or your own artwork. To keep things legal and appropriate for everyone, some content isn't allowed. Your image can't include:

Offensive, illegal, sexual or hateful content
Money, weapons, drugs, alcohol, or political or religious imagery
Logos, brand names, sports teams, celebrities or copyrighted characters
Contact details, website addresses or QR codes

Non-Latin text (for example Arabic, Chinese or Cyrillic script) is also not supported.

For the best result, upload a high-quality PNG file so your image prints clearly.

How much does a custom card cost?

Your custom card is included with Zable Premium, which costs £10 per month. There's no separate charge for adding your image.

Note: If you cancel Premium before making your first 3 subscription payments, a one-off £10 fee applies. This covers the cost of producing your personalised card. After 3 months, you can cancel any time for free.

Can you get a credit card with your own picture on it?

Yes. With Zable Premium you can add your own image to your Zable credit card. It's a real, working credit card, not a sticker or a novelty card.

What images aren't allowed?

Anything offensive, illegal, sexual or hateful, plus money, weapons, drugs, alcohol, and political or religious imagery. You also can't use logos, brand names, celebrities or copyrighted characters, or any contact details, website addresses or QR codes. Non-Latin text isn't supported.

Is there a fee for a custom card?

There's no separate charge, as it's included in Premium (which costs £10 per month). The only fee is a one-off £10 charge if you cancel Premium before making your first 3 subscription payments.

Will I get a new card number?

Yes. Your custom card comes with a new card number and CVV, but your account and balance stay the same.

Can I keep the standard design?

Yes. The custom card is optional. If you'd rather not upload an image, you'll get the standard Zable card design.
