The British Bank Awards are an annual industry event run by Smart Money People, a reviews platform for financial services with over 2.7 million reviews (and counting).
This year, we have our eyes set on the ‘Best Credit Card Provider’ award, while Lendable hopes to win ‘Best Personal Loan Provider’.
Why are the British Bank Awards so important?
While many industry accolades are decided by panels behind closed doors, the British Bank Awards are powered entirely by real customers and the reviews they leave on the Smart Money People website.
This is what makes the British Bank Awards so essential. We believe financial companies shouldn’t answer to a panel of judges — they should answer to their customers.
To determine the winners, Smart Money People considers a wide range of the review data they receive to ensure they have a complete picture of what a company offers and how its customers truly feel.
This creates a gold standard for excellence, helping consumers cut through the noise to find financial products they can actually trust, and ultimately make more informed financial decisions.
